Message	Whenever I see packaging like that it reminds me of the fog/driving lights (Rally brand) that WalMart sells. Real junk. Sylvania also has a new HID kit. I liken it to lightbulbs. Philips makes great lightbulbs. Sylvania bulbs suck big time. I have also had a Sylvania TV that was a piece of shit. Most of the cars that come stock with HID's use Philips ballasts and bulbs. They are reliable and burn bright as evidenced in the pics that I linked to before...
